Qualification
Every Starter has led, built and won.
We are looking for people who have carried real responsibility inside startups and can point to a demonstrated positive outcome.
At least two years in meaningful startup leadership.Screens out: Big-company experience without startup responsibility.
Personally owned and operated a core part of the business.Screens out: Advisors and passengers on successful companies.
$1M+ annual revenue, sustained profitability or a $2M+ exit.Screens out: Experience without a demonstrated positive outcome.

For engagements originating through Starters, operators pay 5% of consideration received, capped at $10,000 per engagement. Starter participation agreement.
